This is a very yummy pie that my family and I have been making for a long time. I got this recipe from my mom that I think she got from my grandma. This pie will serve eight people. It’s really fast and super easy to make. I think that this is a great pie and it’s really yummy to have at any time. If you want to you can also use a gram cracker crust and maybe even add in some chocolate chips to make this a extra chocolate sweet treat!! I hope to hear from you guys on what you think!!

Tortilla Rolls

Tortilla Rolls
1 Can of refried beans
1 Bag of shredded cheese
1 Bag of tortillas
1 pound of hamburger meat
Salsa and Sour Cream
Tooth Picks

This is a yummy recipe! Tortilla Rolls! The first thing you will want to do is start to cook the hamburger meat. Then you will want to open the can of beans and place those in a pan to heat. Then you will want to open your tortillas and place them out flat on a cutting board or just the counter if you want. While you wait for the meat and the beans to heat you can open the cheese and the get the salsa and sour cream dished out into little bowls for serving.  When the meat and beans are done cooking you will scoop some of the beans onto a tortilla and spread evenly then, place some meat on top then add some cheese. Then roll the full tortilla and cut it into little circles. Then take a tooth pick and stick one into each tortilla circle.

Tortilla rolls make a fast and yummy appetizer or any time snack. I like to serve these with salsa and sour cream for dipping. You can also try nacho cheese dip with the tortilla rolls that is also wonderful! My family and I have enjoyed this recipe as an after school snack, a movie appetizer, and sometimes even for a dinner for just one or two people. I hope that you all enjoy this recipe and I can’t wait to hear back about what you think!! =-)

Cheese Dip!

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. pasteurized processed cheese spread, (Velveeta), cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 can (10 oz.) Diced or Whole RO*TEL Tomatoes & Green Chilies
Directions:
In a saucepan, heat cheese until melted then add the can of chilies.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or tortillas.

This is a great cheese dip! I recommend this dip for an anytime snack, dinner, or an appetizer. It’s fast, easy to make and also very yummy. I have taken this dip to a class party at school, church gatherings, and fast snack for after school. There are many different kinds of cheese dips out there that are good but they do not fresh taste as this dip does. I serve this dip with tortilla chips on most occasions but it is also very yummy with crackers or tortillas. This recipe will serve many but if needed its easily doubled. I hope to hear your thoughts and find out how you enjoyed this great cheese dip if you tried it out at home! =-)
